Our Processes

While every program we do is customized to each client's specific needs and goals, there are many common process points.

Everything begins with a needs assessment, so that we understand the types of sales opportunities that fit your exact requirements.

From there, we build a program that includes call guides, team training, quality assurance plans, daily and weekly reporting requirements and progress reviews.

For the first three days after a program or campaign is launched, we assemble our teams on every four hours to report on progress, including successes, problems or required course corrections. It is also a great opportunity for our Business Development Agents to share success pointers.

On the second day of the campaign, and each day thereafter, Spectrum compiles and sends to you daily lead reports, so that your field sales can provide immediate follow up to immediate opportunities.

Detailed status reports are sent each week.

At the completion of each campaign or program, you will receive written reports, not only detailing all the important metrics and leads, but also narratives with market trends and other near-term or long range sales opportunities.

At each step of the way, you will know what's going on with your lead generation program, if there are opportunities for improvements, and what, if any challenges need to be solved to clear the way for success.
