If there is one common characteristic each of our people brings to Spectrum, it is inquisitiveness.
We want to know who is buying what, when, how and why. We want to know roles and other dynamics that go into compiling an account knowledge base and ultimately, a great sales opportunity for you.
That trait is shared by everyone here, from our Business Development Specialists on the phones to our Account Mangers, Quality Assurance team members and Database Managers.
If you are like most prospective clients, you want to know who is on the phone at representing you and your company's interests. Our Business Development Specialists are college educated, with an average age of 34. Each has a sales and/or marketing background, with multiple years of experience in generating leads for technology companies.
Each is formally trained in Spectrum's SPARK System. At the center of the system is Spectrum's focus on "how to have a good, peer-to-peer conversation with line-of-business and technology decision makers."
Our Business Development Specialists know that scripted telemarketing questionnaires just don't work. They have the training and experience to develop a conversation around a prospect's situation, needs and pain.
Lead generation is a skill that requires continuous professional development and skill building. Spectrum invests in our people with regular weekly group and one-on-one training sessions.
